Casey Jones

The human version of Rafael. At least that's who I thought he could be! Without the other turtles Raf can turn into a pretty big douche, and I thought Casey really showed that. He felt under utilized IMO, but here's a nice reboot on his look. When Bree throws on a leather jacket and a hockey mask, who else could she be!?
